Voeg zout, peper en basilicum toe naar smaak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Extra (niet in de versie op de foto): leg een volledige knoflookbol met enkel het bovenste stukje eraf gesneden op de bakplaat<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Zet 20 min in een voorverwarmde oven op 200 graden.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Daarna giet je alles, behalve de knoflook, in de blender of in een pot met een staafmixer. De knoflook kan je heel gemakkelijk uitknijpen boven de soeppot.
