Groenten verwerken in recepten waarin je ze absoluut niet zou verwachten. Het is niet alleen heel erg \u201cin\u201d, maar telkens opnieuw ook verrassend lekker en extra gezond!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Ik vertel jullie hier het geheim achter brocollibrood. Ideaal om een gezond smoske te maken voor een middaglunch!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 broccoli<\/li>\n<li>100 gr amandelmeel<\/li>\n<li>4 eieren<\/li>\n<li>snuifje zout<\/li>\n<li>kruiden naar smaak: provenciaalse kruiden, oregano, basilicum,\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Zo eenvoudig maak je het:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.epicentrum.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_3581.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-15535 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.epicentrum.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_3581-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.epicentrum.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_3581-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.epicentrum.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_3581-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.epicentrum.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_3581-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Verwarm de oven voor op 180 gr<\/li>\n<li>Was en snijd 1 broccoli in stukken (de roosjes en de stam)<\/li>\n<li>Mix de broccoli in de blender tot \u201cbrocollirijst\u201d (best in stapjes wat toevoegen)<\/li>\n<li>Doe de gemixte brocolli in een kom, samen met 100 gr amandelmeel en 4 eieren<\/li>\n<li>Meng alles goed door elkaar tot je een kleverige massa bekomt<\/li>\n<li>Kruid af naar smaak<\/li>\n<li>Doe het mengsel in een grote schaal met bakpapier en strijk het uit met een vork tot het ongeveer 1,5 cm hoog is<\/li>\n<li>Bak 30 minuten in de voorverwarmde oven op 180 gr<\/li>\n<li>Laat even afkoelen, snijd in stukken en beleg naar smaak (in het voorbeeldje op de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epicentrum.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_3583.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-15536 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.epicentrum.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_3583-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.epicentrum.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_3583-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.epicentrum.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_3583-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.epicentrum.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_3583-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>foto gebruikte ik gerookte zalm, tomaat, preikiemen en rode biet kiemen.
